Program

TradeAssist sends text messages about using the directory. There are two ways to sign up:

• Workers agree when they enter their mobile number and tap Text me a code on the sign-up page.
• Contractors agree when they enter their mobile number and tap Start hold to book a worker.

The agreement is shown next to each of those buttons. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase.

What we send

• One-time sign-up codes, to confirm you own your number.
• Booking requests to workers ("ACME Floors marked you booked for today. Reply YES to confirm or NO").
• Booking updates: confirmed, declined, reopened, or a reported no-show the worker can dispute.
• Account notices, such as a new link to a worker's profile page, or the outcome of a dispute.

We don't send marketing or promotional messages.

How often

Message frequency varies with how you use the directory, usually a few texts per booking. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We'll stop right away (your carrier may send one confirmation). Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or contact us: Email support@tradeassist.work

Workers who opt out stay listed and can still be called, but won't get booking requests by text. They can still confirm requests on their own page.

Other terms

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We don't share or sell your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our privacy policy for how we handle your information.
